As part of the 21st Century Cult series at the Frida Cinema I was able to catch Gaspar Noé’s Climax tonight. I have not managed to see Irreversible yet but next time it plays locally I’m going to try and make it.

In preperation for watching Creed III I have recently watched all of the Rocky movies including Rocky Balboa. Today I watched Creed and Creed II.

It’s coming after already seeing Scream VI but today I watched Scream 4 completeing the full series!

I watched Scream, Scream 2, and Scream 3 today before going to see Scream VI. Hopefully I’ll get to watch Scream 4 tomorrow!

While waiting for a friend to arrive in order to watch Scream I decided to see what else Paramount+ had available and decided to rewatch Snowpiercer.

My friend and I wanted to prepare to see Scream VI in a few days so I subscribed to Paramount+ in order to watch thr rest of the series. We watched Scream tonight in order to be prepared for the next installment.

After seeing El Topo recently as part of the Frida After Dark series I bought most of his films on Blu-ray. I haven’t watched the films yet but I did watch this documentary about his film that was never produced.

I recently joined the film club at my local Frida Cinema and I would like to start blogging my experiences at seeing different movies. Last night I was The Outwaters so might as well start!

I wanted to see Maleficent ever since I saw the first teaser trailer for basically one reason: Angelina Jolie as Maleficent. The trailers looked fantastic and on that criteria… the film delivered. She looked magnificent!
